Facility for Q.A
The products are tested with ATS (Automatic Test System) equipment to reduce the subjective judgment of workers and measurement error of inspectors. When the electrical test of the product is finished, all products go through the Bur-in test for aging, and all products are shipped after confirming that there are no defects in aging.
Depending on the environmental conditions used at the customer's site, lightning surge, temperature and humidity, vibration testing, dielectric withstand voltage testing are carried out.
For the protection of the Earth and for the safety of workers, only raw materials that do not contain materials such as lead, mercury, cadmium, 6ga chromide, and polybrominated (PBB) are used in accordance with the RoHS (Guidelines for the Use of Hazardous Substances).
We have standard sample of manufacturing products to prevent possible measurement errors during electrical tests and inspections of goods.
